I’ve been in the caregiving field for nearly 20 years, but it all began when I helped care for a close friend’s mother. That experience made me realize that this industry was more than just a job — it felt like a true calling. Over time, it has become a meaningful part of my life and something I’m genuinely passionate about.
What matters most to me is knowing I can make a real difference in the lives of people who are no longer able to care for themselves. I also strive to support their families as they face the emotional and practical challenges that come with taking care of their loved ones.
One important lesson I’ve learned is that while job skills can be taught, genuine compassion cannot. That’s why I always encourage our caregivers to treat every person with the same kindness and dignity they would want for themselves.
